Your buyers are making a big investment and are depending on you to help them through this process. We try to be fair to the real estate transaction process. We check our egos at the door, and do not attempt to "nit-pick" or to report on minor cosmetics. Our meaningful comments are direct, and appropriate. We believe that it is possible to provide a thorough inspection without reporting in an alarmist manner. We don't have to "find something" to justify our fee. After making sure they find the right home the best thing you can do is make sure they get a Home Inspection.
